A San Vito si
può venire anche per la sua cucina, dove il
Cuscus la fa da padrone, seguito a ruota
dalla pasta ai ricci di mare (che qui sono
abbondanti); come secondo piatto è di
prammatica il pesce, che è davvero fresco e
andrebbe gustato senza l'aggiunta di spezie
e sughi.
