is a garden apartment, with car parking in front
of the large garden, that you have to cross to
reach the front door.
A short corridor introduces the apartment to the
living room, and on your right you can find the
kitchen, fully equipped, to whom finds his own
relax and peace in the coocking art:
gas - fires and oven, there's a wash machine,
and a window.
Ahead the corridor you find the living room,
with a sofa - double bed, easily closable, good
quality furniture, and a delectable
glass-fronted sideboard, filled with all you need
for laying on your table (dinner service,
glasses, cups for your breakfast or tea - break,
ex.)
Going ahead you'll be outside on the terrace,
instead on
the right you will find three doors.
The frontal one is the bathroom, very nice and
essential, with shower and cabinet, mirror. It's very good enlightened.
On the right
there's the twin bedroom, a big closet and two
large drawers, night table, bachure, window and
curtain. On the left, instead, you can find a
double bedroom, with night tables and a dresser
and a big mirror. it's a wide bedroom with a large
window and curtain, it's very comfortable.
The terrace is
spectacular, for your evenings spent lost in the
sparkling and uncontaminated air of this earthly
paradise.
Equipped with a six - sitting table, deck chairs and
little table, half covered and well enlightened, it's
suitable for your relaxing afternoons and magic evenings
and nights with your family or friends.
The terrace opens on a large garden with
flower beds, full of plants and flowers. An
overshadowing Aurecaria three dominates the area, rising up to
the sun, during the day, and up to the starred sky, at
night.
On the left there's a masonry shower, to get
frash after your relaxing sunbaths.

apartment is located in a strategic
point of the village. nearby the reception,
the bar and
bazaar. Few minutes walking from the
swimming pool, from the beach and

Prices do not include the pass to
enter the main facilities, which
anyway consist in a very cheap
expense.
The weeks are
counted from saturday to saturday,
check-in and check-out
have to be done within
10:00 am, generally are not allowed time
changes, if they are not
previously communicated. The apartment is
given clined up, keys in hand, with no
curfew, during your stay is not provided a
cleaning up service.
Prices concern the whole apartment, and not
the single occupant, then you have to
divide by how many you are, up to a maximum
of SIX people. IS SEVERELY FORBIDDEN TO
EXCEED THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF SIX PEOPLE,
for this reason we don't allow addictional
beds.
